What kind of paper do you use?
All our art prints and posters are printed on sturdy, FSC-certified 170 gsm matte paper. It is specifically chosen for its glare-free finish and ability to capture deep colors and crisp details.
Are your posters sustainably sourced?
Yes. We exclusively use responsibly sourced, FSC-certified paper that is friendly to the planet. Learn more about our sustainability efforts on Sustainability page.
Do the prints come with frames?
No, all posters are sold unframed. However, they are designed and printed in standard sizes, making it effortless to find frames that perfectly fit your space.
How are the posters packaged?
Each print is wrapped in protective paper and shipped in heavy-duty cardboard tubes or triangular packaging, ensuring it arrives at your doorstep crisp and uncreased.
What are the shipping times and costs?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. Please allow 1–3 business days for production. Once packed, your order is shipped with a tracking link sent straight to your email. Estimated transit times:
U.S. & EU: Approximately 3–4 business days.
Canada & Rest of the World: 7-14 business days.
Note: Delivery times may take a bit longer during peak seasonal holidays.
What is your return policy?
Because Poster Park operates on a print-on-demand model to reduce waste and carbon emissions, every poster is made to order just for you. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind.

My print arrived damaged. What should I do?
If your poster is damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge. Email us at hello@posterpark.co within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage.
