Our prints are made to order just for you. Please allow 1–3 business days for production. Once packed and ready, your order will be picked up by our courier.
U.S. & EU: Approximately 3–4 business days in transit.
Canada & Rest of the World: Transit times vary depending on the destination.
Note: Shipping times may take a bit longer during peak seasonal holidays.
Because every item is printed to order, all sales are final. We do not offer standard refunds, returns, or exchanges.
However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ve got you covered. Please reach out to us right away at hello@posterpark.co with a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a free replacement immediately.
Changed your mind? You have 12 hours from the time of purchase to cancel your order or make changes to your details. After 12 hours, your order enters production and can no longer be altered.
You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 72 hours for your first tracking update to appear.
If your package is marked “Delivered” but you can’t find it, please check with your neighbors or contact your local post office directly, as they have direct contact with the delivery driver. If a package is officially returned to sender due to an address error, we can arrange a reshipment (applicable shipping fees may apply).
We ship worldwide! Please note that transit times and shipping fees vary by country. Poster Park is not responsible for any local customs fees or import duties. If your tracking status stalls for more than 15 days, we recommend reaching out to your local customs office to see if it is being held for pickup.
